This groovy 1970 seating group consists of two upholstered barrel chairs nestled into a lacquered console table. The curved table has three legs and contours elegantly with the back of each chair. Impressive scale and very unusual. Completely restored with new purple eggplant mohair upholstery, new foam and a new white high-gloss lacquer on the console; before restoration, chairs had Thayer-Coggin tags dated 1970. Overall, the piece is 85" w x 48" d x 25" h. Each chair measures 40" w x 25" h x 32" d. The table is 69-1/2" w x 25" d x 23-1/8" h. Overall 48" d x 85" w x 25" h; seats 15" h. Excellent restored condition. Fabric swatch available.
