John Mascheroni rectangular "Tubo" coffee table, circa 1960s

Rectangular-shaped, tubular-aluminum and smoked-glass coffee table from the "Tubo" line designed by New Yorker John Mascheroni in 1967. A version of this table is in the permanent collection at MOMA. 3/8"-thick gray-smoked-glass top. Seamless welded tubular-aluminum frame has the look of chrome. 50" w x 23-7/8" d x 15-1/2" h. Excellent condition; aluminum is in very good vintage condition with minor scrapes and wear; comes with a brand new gray smoke glass top.
