Cast-aluminum "Link" bench by John Behringer, circa 1960s

This 1960s John Behringer "Link" bench features a cast-aluminum frame in three articulated sections with seats newly reupholstered in black leather. One-third space age, one-third industrial, one-third cantilevered elegance. The "Link" bench is in MOMA's Permanent Collection. Newly reupholstered; scratches and scuffs to aluminum frame consistent with age. 66" w x 22" d x 17.5" h.
