Blue ceramic Guan Yin bust from Aldo Londi's iconic "Rimini Blu" series for Bitossi, circa 1960s. Variations in blue from dark to light, with nice detailing throughout. Guan Yin (also Kwan Yin) is the bodhisattva of compassion and mercy. Signed "Italy" with manufacturer's numbers on underside. 5.5" w x 7" d x 12" h. Excellent vintage condition with minimal wear; no major chips, scratches or cracks.
